Bax has a nice 1-2-3 inning. Does not throw one pitch for a ball in the opening frame, attacking the zone. Picks up a K, fly out to CF, and a 5-3 PO 0-0 Hogs coming up
Bigham reaches on an infield single, Mahan flies out, Fic hits a double down the 3B line, Bigham to 3rd, 2nd & 3rd with 1 down, Bates up.

Very good game marcm. Take away the solo shot, valpo really hasn’t done much.
Bax’s line… 6 IP, 4 hits, 1 run, 1 ER, 6 K’s, 1 BB, 77 pitches so far.
It’s ugly, healed back kinda weird. Doc says it just be’s that way. Should be hearing on a settlement from the insurance company soon as it was a liability type thing. That part might end up more of a pain in my ass than the busted ribs and collar bone were.
