Yea, I’m looking forward to seeing Astin today. Had an outstanding freshman season.

Astin wastes no time, three pitches, three strikes, K as the batter is caught looking
Fic makes a nice catch on a wide throw by Carver, 6-3 on the 2nd out. Morris makes an outstanding dive and catch for a short flare to center to rob a hit. 3 up and down to start
I’ve been impressed by Morris so far. He really looks the part. He had a heckuva throw in yesterday’s game from center to the plate that just makes you go “Wow”.
Bigham gets a single on the first pitch fastball, steals second, no outs, Mahan at the plate
1-0 Hogs on the RBI single by Mahan. Nice start.

Fic lays down a bunt, gets the hit. Error on the throw to 1st, Mahan moves to 3rd, Fic to 2nd. Another E on the throw home, Mahan scores on the throw. 2E’s on nova.

I think we know it would be a bit absurd to think that nova would have more errors than we would plate runs…
But here’s one, what will be higher, nova’s error total for the weekend or run total?
5 runs 2 errors in game 1, 1 run 3 errors in game 2, 0 and 4 E’s today.
6 runs, 9 errors total

Maybe they’ll let you choose how you want to be paid this weekend; by the runs, by the errors, or by the walks. Thanks dakota. I’ll have to take a look at the box score, it might be a toss up between runs we’ve scored or the walks that nova gave up.
