Arizona Western College offensive tackle Aaron Douglas received a huge surprise when his O-line coach asked Douglas to take a ride with him last night.
Once they drove down the interstate, Douglas saw a billboard that read Arkansas Razorback Football. Needless to say, he was very impressed.

Did we put that up just for Douglas to see or are we that committed to recruiting Arizona that we are advertising there?
I bet Arizona residents driving down the road are thinking ‘what in the world’.
I LOVE this!! Richard, is there any way we could get a picture of this? Where else do we have billboards up?

I would say yes to both.
I looked at Arizona and Arizona State’s commit list earler and the two schools combined only have one more Arizona kid committed than we do. It won’t be long before that footprint extends up in to California. Man, I love this coaching staff. They have been working their butts off building all of these recruiting trails. A big bowl win would go a long way in establishing Arkansas as a “Big Time” program to these recruits. WPS!!

Gotta love what BP and his coaches are doing on the recruiting trail. Nutt said it was hard to recruit to Arkansas, maybe it was for him, but BP is making Nutt look like more of a horse’s behind with each passing day!!

Man I hope Aaron commits to Ark. I saw him play here for the Vols as a freshman and he is going to be a good one. The only way Dooley would grant Aaron a release was for him to go to a school at least 8hrs away. I think this really pissed Aaron off so he went the JC route. Tenn rolls back onto our schedule next year. I bet he would like a shot at his former team.
I hope we get OL Douglas and Farenkrug with RB R. Coe to finish out our offensive commits, with a couple more going to the defensive side. LB Ramik Wilson and DTs Kevin McReynolds and Lonnie Gosha would be some nice ones to choose from.
