The 17-under Arkansas Wings defeated the Connecticut Basketball Club 65- 61 to advance to the finals of the AAU National Championship Sunday at 3:00 pm central time at the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex.

Wings update

The 17-under Arkansas Wings defeated Iowa Martin Brothers 71-60 to advance in Bracket play in the AAU National Championship Tournament at ESPN’S Wide World of Sports. The Wings were led by Ky Madden with 26 points, Aaron Ross added 19, and Darian Griswold 13. The Wing will play at 12:20 central tomorrow. The Wings are 5-0 in the 204 team tournament.

Coach Bobby Petrino said LB Courtney Gaston will enroll at NEO and be roommates with Calvin Barnett. Arkansas feels good about LB Jarrett Lake’s chances to play this fall for the Razorbacks.
