Running back/safety Tino Thomas, 6-0, 188, 4. 45 of Memphis Melrose high school has picked up scholarship offers from Duke andKentucky while drawing interest from Arkansas, LSU. Miami, Alabama. Tennessee, Vanderbilt and others.

Brown taking his time

Newport running back/defensive back Artez Brown made his first visit to Arkansas last Saturday and came away impressed. “It was real nice, I loved it,” Brown said. “It was everything people said it was. The facilities were nice but that weight room was crazy. ”

Camara stays positive

Arkansas signee/kicker Eddie Camara, who had ACL surgery on his non-kicking leg on Dec. 14, has been rehabbing the last three months and will start running on Monday.  Despite the setback, Camara believes he will benefit from all of the hard work.
