Despite reports saying Jacksonville, Fla. RB Casey Turner has orally committed to Rutgers, his father, Darwin Turner said his son did not commit to the Scarlet Knights after making an official visit there over the weekend. He said he and Casey plan to visit Arkansas in Jan.
