September 24, 2009Greenwood receiver Spencer Harris was offered by Arkansas State today. Harris, 6-3 3/4, 181, 4.60 earned the Super Glue award for the outstanding WR at Arkansas’ three day camp in early June. He has recorded a 4.10 pro-shuttle and 32-inch vertical.
