In Tuesday’s column, I wrote about tight end/defensive end David Perry of Ft. Lauderdale, (Fla.) University school and his interest in Arkansas. His teammate, Max Beauileu is another defensive lineman Arkansas has offered and hopes to sign.

Harris offered by Red Wolves

Greenwood receiver Spencer Harris was offered by Arkansas State today.  Harris, 6-3 3/4, 181,  4.60 earned the Super Glue award for the outstanding WR at Arkansas’ three day camp in early June. He has recorded a 4.10 pro-shuttle and 32-inch vertical.

Tonight on Shawn and Wally

Here’s the line up on tonight’s show:  6:05- Former Razorback Tommy Harris will discuss the upcoming Northwest Arkansas chapter of ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) golf scramble at Bella Vista Country Club on Friday October 16th.  Several other former Hogs will participate.

Arkansas is held  under 400 yards of total offense while the defense shows some improvement but not enough. The  Hogs come up short 34-27.
