Florida QB Clint Trickett, who has an offers from Arkansas, Pitt, Louisville, South Florida and others, said he’ll be announcing his official visits soon.

Monroe DT LaCraig Brown, who has an offer from Arkansas, said Nebraska has started to show interest.

Heber Springs RB/LB Braylon Mitchell, who’s orally committed to the Hogs said he’ll attend Arkansas’ first game against Missouri State.

Arkansas commitment and OL Cam Feldt of Pilot Point, (Tx. ) said he’ll attend the Sept 19 game against Georgia along with the Texas A&M game.

Arkansas commitment and TE Brad Hefley of Joplin said he plans to attend as many Arkansas games as he can.

LR Christian RB Michael Dyer and TE Dakota Mosley will visit Ole Miss this weekend.

Tulsa DT Calvin Barnett, who orally committed to Oklahoma State this week, said he’ll probably take all five of his official visits. He said Arkansas would get a visit.

Florida QB Jake Medlock, who has an offer from the Razorbacks, said Iowa State is showing strong interest and might be close to offering.

UCLA is starting to showing interest in 2011 Tulsa LB Derek Alexander. Arkansas is very interested in Alexander.

Pine Bluff  athlete Kelsey Collins, who was timed at 4.29 and 4.30 in the 40 yard dash this summer, said Oregon, Ohio State, Oklahoma State and USC have started showing interest.

NLR TE/DE Justin Henderson said Ole Miss and Oklahoma State are recruiting him hard.

JC PF Ricardo Ratliffe said he’s going to wait a little longer before deciding on official visits. He said he’ll probably visit Arkansas during the season.

2009 Arkansas signee Turell Williams, who’s currently attending Butler CC in Kansas, has been moved to OLB and is planning to redshirt this season so he can have three years to play three when he returns to Arkansas. He’s up to 214 lbs. 

2010 swingman Alandise Harris, 6-5, 208 of Little Rock Central plans to attend Marquette’s Elite camp next weekend.
