Michigan defensive lineman Tremondae Branch plans to head south and attend Arkansas’ senior camp July 19.
Branch, 6-1 ½, 280 5.0  of Flint’s Carman-Ainsworth has already been to football camps at Notre Dame, Michigan State, Central Michigan and Bowling Green.

“The schools are telling me they’ve already offered other D-linemen and they’re waiting to see what they’re going to do before they offer me,” Branch said. “It’s a waiting game because not all of the guys will [go with] their school so I’m just waiting.”

Branch, who’s being recruited by linebacker coach Reggie Johnson, recorded 72 tackles, 22 tackles for loss and 7 sacks last season. He displays excellent strength with a 325-pound bench press and 560 squat.

“I was supposed to call the defensive coordinator (Willy Robinson) last week but I’ve been on vacation and I left the paper with the phone number at home.” said Branch, who has been timed at 4.55 seconds in the pro-shuttle.

Branch said Arkansas’ camp will be his last of the summer.
