He plays for Hoover-Spain Park HS.
Here’s a link I looked up on him dated back a couple of months to 4/17/09.
He participated in the Southeast Elite camp held in Tuscaloosa, AL.

I’m not sure if he played for Hoover, but either way, he look’s like an awefully good prospect.
DL is a key area of need right now, so i’m pretty happy with his commitment.

No, lets move him to CB! He would definetely add a physical presence in the secondary and provide run support! Also good bump potential! He might be a little stiff in the hips….
Rivals has him rated a 5.7 three star, the highest three star rating, and #30 DT in the nation.
If we can close on Barnett and Jones, that would give us 3 of the top 30 DT’s in the nation. Does anybody know how many interior lineman the Hogs plan on signing?

Ron, I watched the game,Cal State acted as if they had already won before it started. Seems they thought their pitcher was going to throw a no hitter. He lasted 4 innings.

I agree with SOUTHARKHOGFAN, Jackson is a great addition. If we can add Jones and Barnett, we will be STACKED at DT. Add those three to D. Jones from last year and a weakness becomes a strength real quick. Go CBP and staff! WPS and GHG!
Richard I may have missed it but I didnt see that Jackson was taking a visit until reading about it after he committed.
