Earle OL passes the eye test

When it comes to passing the eye test, Earle offensive lineman Jarvis Gray would probably get an A-plus.
“Southern Arkansas and Harding offered him as soon as they saw him,” said Earl Coach Maurice Moody.  “I think he’s close to getting some offers, they’re waiting on his ACT score.”

Gray, 6-6, 330, 5.2 is drawing interest from Arkansas, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Southern Illinois, Louisiana Tech, Memphis and Arkansas State.

Arkansas running back coach and recruiting coordinator Tim Horton visited Earle during the spring evaluation period.

“Coach Horton is enthused about Jarvis,” Moody said. “He loves his size. He loves everything about him, his personality, his character, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Arkansas State and all of the big boys are trying to get him up to camp so they can try and win him over.”
