Just call him chef Nelson

Continuing from Friday’s recruiting column, linebacker Kevin Nelson of Gainesville, Fla., talks about when he might make his college decision.
“If I’m selected to play in the Under Armour football game I’ll make my decision on TV,” Nelson said. “If not, it will be somewhere around that time.”
Nelson, who reports a 2.6 GPA, is thinking big and would like to study business and hotel management.
“I would like to have some hotels and have my restaurants inside my hotel so people won’t have to go in and out and buy food.” he said.
He desire to own restaurants can be attributed to  to his love of cooking.
“I like to cook a lot of island food and country, home cooked food,” Nelson said. “Burger, hot dogs, beans and rice, chicken.  Anything you can put on piece of paper and tell me to cook, I can cook for you.”
