Small forward Ferrakohn Hall (6-8, 215) of White Station High School in Memphis is one of the top hoopsters in the Mid-South. He reports offers from Arkansas, Memphis and Alabama- Birmingham.
Hall planned to make an official visit to Fayetteville but wasn’t able to set a date.
“I was going to come up there and take my official visit during the winter break but there wasn’t a game I could come to,” Hall said. “I’m not sure who I’m going to visit yet. I know I plan to visit Arkansas. I’m thinking about visiting UAB, I’m probably going to visit Oklahoma State.”
Hall said he focuses on victories more so than his individual stats.
” I’m averaging around 14 rebounds and 15 points,” Hall said. “Honestly, my individual stats don’t mean much to me. If we’re winning then I’m happy.”
His overall game has improved from last season but it’s his rebounding that Hall takes the most pride in.
“My mentality is to just go attack the boards,” Hall said. “Last year I was trying to prove that I could play the perimeter and lot of the time I was just playing outside and I wasn’t going down in the post. Right now I’m putting it all together.”
