December 19, 2008Arkansas was scheduled to get a visit from one of the nations’ top offensive lineman but that has changed. John Martinez (6-3, 290, 4.88) of Cottonwood High in Salt Lake City notified Arkansas earlier in the week that he wasn’t taking any other visits.

December 19, 2008The Arkansas coaches are hoping to hear good news from kicker Andrew Ritter of Jackson Academy in Mississippi in the near future. He made an official visit to Arkansas last weekend and has visits scheduled to Southern Miss on Jan. 9-11 and Ole Miss on Jan. 16-18.

December 19, 2008Arkansas will entertain two recruits on official visits this weekend. The Hogs hope to persaude defensive tackle Kyrhi Thornton (6-3, 300, 5.1) of Hargrave Military Academy and defensive back Andru Stewart (5-11, 190, 4.43) of College of the Sequoias in California to join the Razorbacks for next season.
